Awful! Avoid at all costs. A lot of money spent on 2 munchy boxes poisoned with salt and had to throw them in the bin. Waste of money. Manager not pleasant in the phone when we complained and asked for a refund. Disgusting

Chinese food completely inedible. All had to be binned. Was delivered to Hidden Valley and would not recommend to any campers to order this horrible food.

AVOID!! FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND WE HAD TO BIN THE CHINESE FOOD. MANAGEMENT EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN CALLED ABOUT IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The chicken balls were swimming in grease and it was flowing out out the bag the prawn crackers were stale and soft never again will I go there till its food safety approved is up to date

The food was delicious, and some staff were very lovely, however! There were two staff members, who were so utterly horrible, it not only ruined our meal, but ruined our entire day. They SCREAMED at us sitting at the back from the kitchen, demanding that we leave. We had both ordered food from the place. however, even though we had bought full meals, due to ONE drink not being purchased from the establishmet, the staff in the kitchen thought they had the right to scream at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner demanding that we leave, though we were sitting quietly, and politely, eating our ordered meals. I have never felt so unwelcomed in a place we our meant to put our trust into preparing our food.
Hi Mike, Its hard to understand what happened here. From what I'm reading you purchased food sat down to eat than helped yourself to a drink without paying for it. Did we understand that correctly? If we didn't apologies - maybe send us more details to [email protected].
